Bautismo
My last Sunday in Lexington we had a baptism!!!! Kaleesy is so awesome and it's amazing to see how getting baptized has re-activated her whole family! Her brother recieved the priesthood and got to baptize her!!!!
Hermana Stiglich was so excited that she painted a Book of Mormon for Kaleesy! And then we all marked our favorite scripture for her to read! 

Traslados (Transfers)
Then I had to say goodbye to what's been my home for the past 4.5 months!  I payed my Adioses to all the amazing members, friends, and my comps! Lexington, I'm gonna miss ya! You were a great starting area!
Then we got transfer news, and now I'm leaving my baby area to have a baby!

Sorpresas de Dios (God's Surprises) 
Yep. I'm a mom now! I got my trainee child! Crazy! But wait! There's more!
I'm trio training, but I'm Senior Comp! And my "wife" just got out of training (which we call that getting greenie-broken). So I'm both training and greenie-breaking at the same time!
AND I'm in a new area! Louisville zone-Hurstbourne Spanish, which is one of the busiest Spanish areas in the mission!
AND most of the latinos in this area are Cuban! Which, in case you don't know, have the wildest and hardest to understand spanish! They talk at the spead of light and don't pronounce their S's. 😅   
So yeah, this transfer is gonna be a wild one!

Pensamiento Espiritual 
The night that I recieved this news, I'm not gonna lie, I was actually horrified! I couldn't sleep because I kept thinking about all the ways I could screw it up. So the next morning I said a prayer of comfort, and God gave me a response during personal study. 

In Exodus 4, God, from the burning bush, calls Moses to free and teach the Isrealites. Moses' immediate response is:

"And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue."

To which the God responds:
"Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?

12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."

Those words from God spoke directly to my soul. I re-read it like 12 times, each time knowing more and more that God was making this a direct answer to my prayers. God wanted me to know that whatever doubts I have with speaking, God will give me the words I need. He will be with me.

This also made me realize why it's so important to pray and read the scriptures at the same time. You pray to ask for guidance and revelation from God, and the best and clearest way he can give it to you is through the scriptures. Words that didn't seem clear before can feel clearer as they answer your questions of the soul. 
So pray. And read. And I promise God will answer you.

Also, my new comps Hna Carson and Hna Gray are awesome!!! Woot woot! And training has made me realize I know a lot more than I thought I did!

Beautiful email again, and so exciting! That's a lot of new...new comps, new missionary, and new area! Muy bueno! You can do anything with the Lord, and I have full faith in you:) 

We wish we had you down here in Cancun, Mexico! We will have to come another time once you're home!

We will make an album with all our pictures of this beautiful place! We are only on our first full day. Can't wait to show you some when you call!

Joe the Bacon Man🥸🥓

Holaaaaaaa Not a crazy ton happened this week, but here's a list for y'all: ♡Mini golfing with the frenchies (french elders) on P-day!!! Got 3 holes in 1!!!  ♡EXCHANGES!!! With Sister Higley!! She's super great!! English work isn't though :( ♡At the food bank we volunteer at, there's this guy that only ever wants bacon. We named him the Bacon Man. Then we found out that his name was Joe. He's Joe the Bacon Man, wanted in two states. (I will not explain that second part any further.) ♡What's the most famous thing about Kentucky? KFC? WRONG! It's the Kentucky Derby of course!! Which happens to be in my area! They have this special event called Thunder over Louisville that we got to go to! It's basically a fair by the Ohio river!! ♡We have this one new member named Jero that is very picky with getting along with people. Hola hola! Sorry I missed last week. It won't happen again... probably. Elder Caussé Last Saturday we had a mission tour from none other than our brand new apostle... ELDER CAUSSÉ!!! Woot woot!  For the past month, since we got the news, everyone had been absolutely freaking out about this. I mean, he's one of the 12! But as the mission tour commenced, we quickly found out something even better about this man- he's just a normal wholesome dude!  When he started his talk, he literally just whipped out a bunch of wholesome jokes, and you could immediately see the absolute joy this man had in his life! Also, since us Hermanas were in the front row, he said, "Hola! Buenos tardes!" And spoke a little in spanish, which was an awesome surprise!
